The Ladder of Inferences: a model that explains the process of how people form judgments and make decisions. It suggests that people go through a series of steps in order to reach a conclusion or make a decision.

Using, imagery, minimal text, and voice-over, this animation seeks to breakdown the steps contained within the ladder in an effort to help Master’s-level education students learn to become more aware of their own assumptions when analyzing testing data.
