After interviews with clinical trial study coordinators, it became apparent that the skill of interpreting a study’s schedule of assessments (part of a trial’s protocol) was sometimes either lacking or in need of review for many site personnel. For this reason, a series of 4 videos were created to provide a foundation and consistent understanding for each site user. This would allow users to decipher sometimes complex protocols and maintain the data collection integrity of the clinical trial by making sure key timings and practices were adhered to.
